South Indian actor Rai Lakshmi steps into a lighter frame, trading past habits for something different. Fans reacted quickly after seeing what she's been working on lately.
Her first role came in the film Karka Kasadara. After that, a string of movies followed - Dharmapuri, then Nenchai Thodu. Success didn’t really show up for any of them. In 2008, she stepped into Malayalam cinema through Annan Thampi. By 2009, Harihar Nagar arrived on screens. Alongside it came Chattambinad. Then later that year, Ividam Swargamaan completed the list.
Movies such as Annanthambi plus Chattambinad saw Lakshmi sharing screen space with Mohanlal. Rock and Roll appeared alongside Christian Brothers, then Casanova followed. A shift happened in 2014 - Rai Lakshmi became her chosen name. Her latest Malayalam project goes by Rajadhiraja. Before acting, modeling shaped much of her early path into film. Luckily, Lakshmi Rai began her movie journey in 2005 through the Tamil film 'Karka Kasadara'. After that came roles in Dharmapuri and Nenchai Thodu, yet neither clicked with audiences. Despite early effort, success stayed out of reach.
